In wartime there are no saints!!!

UN report war crime by the Israelian army

In the conflict between Israel and Palestin that was fought from 27th December until 18th January. Anyway how do they decide to make a report about that, just by waking up that morning? There are no good wars or any sort of that. People get killed because everyone must survive during a war.
